This Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup is a golden collaboration between Breckenridge Distillery and Burton's Maplewood Farm. When Tim Burton was introduced to "Booze Hustler", Kevin "Litch" Polich, at the 2011 Gourmet on Gore food event in Vail, CO. he knew there was something special that would develop from this friendship. Tim asked Litch if he'd be interested in creating a Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup for future visits to the Rockies? Litch immediately said yes and two Breckenridge Distillery Barrels were on the way to Tim's farm located in the southern hills of Indiana. Now you can enjoy this "Golden" elixir yourself for Breakfast, in a Cocktail or for Braising Salmon, Steak, Pork or Chicken on the grill.
