These Barrels have been hand picked, hot packed & bottled by Tim Burton to ensure the highest most consistent infused flavor. Our Bourbon Maple Syrup has a smooth bourbon flare with a nice maple finish. The culinary possibilities with this sweet elixir are endless.

Our Hand Crafted Brandy Infused Maple Syrup has been aged in 3 year old charred Starlight Distillery Brandy Casks. These Casks have been selected, hot packed & bottled by Tim Burton to ensure the highest most consistent infused flavor. This infused Maple Syrup has a nice brandy nip flavor which complements the maple tone. Will add a flavor unique of it's own to any dish.

These kegs have been hand picked, hot packed & bottled by Tim Burton to ensure the highest most consistent infused flavor. Our Maple Infused Syrup has light buttery rum notes that greet the back palette with a nice maple finish. This unique elixir adds a great finished flavor to many savory & pastry dishes.
